Huawei p10 won't connect to Ionic

Hi all, Does anyone else have the issue where their phone just will flat out not connect to the Ionic? I have tried literally everything they have suggested and have gotten it to work on my laptop, but its not really the point.. not having it on my phone is such a massive inconvenience and is really making me wish I didn't waste my money on this **ahem** 😞

Unfortunately your phone is not on the Supported Devices List. Huawei phones in general are problematic with Fitbits, though it may be possible to get yours working if you go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on Syncing issues. I hope it works for you.

Yeah I have only just seen that Smiley Sad I am just hoping that it is added in a future update.. Ahh well, At least it has a built in GPS for my running Smiley LOL

Try the steps I have laid out in this post. I've managed to get my Honor Play working with my Ionic with notifications working.  Hope it helps.
