I am unable to see my steps in a challenge

I was challenged by a friend.  I see the challenge, I see her steps but I don't see mine.  What can I do to solve the issue? I have an Ionic, she has a Surge.  I have changed my notifications to all " friend ".

Sounds like a sync issue, which device are you using to sync the data from your Ionic? I would first check that your Ionic is syncing properly and that the steps on your app/web dashboard match the steps recorded on your watch.
