Hi all, I just bought a used Ionic online and I'm super excited about trying my first FitBit!
Unfortunately when I try using the watch or connecting it to my phone via the FitBit app, the number pad comes up asking for a password. I've been looking on this forum as well as google and I can't seem to figure it out so I thought I'd ask for some help. Is there any way to fully reset it and get rid of the pass code and the previous owner's information? If not, can the person I bought it from reset it remotely somehow, or at least take the pass code off so I can reset it? Thanks for any info!
