I bought my Fitbit Ionic at Target in December How do I get my money back?

I bought this watch for my swim tracking. I have it programmed for a 25 yard pool. The GPS is on but it tracks my swim laps off by 1.5 laps.....I want to get my money back. It is not working as sold.....It sucks! Please advise.

Fitbit's warranty terms only offer a replacement if a product is defective, not a refund (see link to full terms at the bottom of this page).

Your only option for a refund is to see if Target will let you return it.

Defective? It does NOT keep accurate Swim Lengths...SHould I video this and put on social media to prove a point? It does NOT specify this on the box or the directions, that it does NOT keep accurate readings.

Ok, so if it is defective then you can contact customer support and claim a replacement under warranty or take it back to target for a refund. Not sure you need to do anything to prove a point.

Fitbit will not replace it. Your only hope is Target.
