Overnight my Ionic displayed a " Clock Error" message and directed me to go to my mobile app. I've tried several different clock faces and with each one, I get an "Install Failed". I've shut my watch off for several times, each time for longer periods. Still no change.

Hi, Are you able to swipe left and go to Clocks and select another available clock on the watch, if there is one?
This might help you out of the impasse.

Hey Guy,
Yes, I went to my clock setting on my Ionic and selected the four remaining choices that I had. still received the error message. I then deleted those four choices and selected a new faces from my mobile app, still same error message.
Grrrrrr.

Hi @Crusaders69 - thanks for the feedback, were you able to restart the watch and also the phone and do a sync?
First check on the watch if the 4 have disappeared. If it wasn't syncing properly, probably they're still there?

The stuff they told me to do, I already done. ended up doing a Factory reset. So far, problem has been solved.

Who did you do the factory reset? I’m having the same issue.

Hi, @Roncavaretta - please exhaust all other options first. There is always a risk a factory reset will kill your watch altogether.
