I can’t get my Ionic to pair with my Apple Airpods. I’ve tried everything except coming here: turning off my phone (to which they’re already paired), turning off bluetooth on both phone and computer, Google for solutions, etc. I’ve followed instructions in the Fitbit User Guide to a T for how to pair them to the airpods. I’ve tried both leaving the airpods in the white container and taking them out. No matter what I DO, they simply don’t pair. Help!

THANK YOU!!!!

On the back of the Apple charger case holding the airpods is a tiny white button. I needed to push it while the Fitbit was looking for the Airpods in order to pair them.

Thank you so much!!! You are a life saver! Spent too much on these things for them not to work together. Was really looking forward to jogging and not having to have my phone attached to my hip! Thanks again!
