I can’t get my Ionic to show messages

My ionic has been connected so I can read messages an se who calls. But after a while it gets disconnected. Why does this happened?

I would like you to try force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and then set them up again. You can find the instructions in this article.
