I can’t get push notifications from my Fitbit Ionic on my I phone app ?

I'm not sure what path notifications the ionic would send to your phone @Rabya. Could you elaborate some.

Hello @Rabya, welcome to the Community forums. 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having difficulty with your iPhone not receiving notifications from the Ionic. Could you please provide more details about what you've been experiencing? Which notifications are you no longer receiving from the Ionic to the phone?  

In the meantime, you can find some useful troubleshooting steps in this article.

Check to see if your Ionic notifications have been set to off. Press and hold the button to the left of the Ionic's screen (you'll feel the Ionic vibrate) and tap 'Notifications On' and see if that helps. 

Alternatively try turn bluetooth off and back on again on your iPhone. 

It also sometimes stops notifications if the Ionic hasn't been sync for a long period.
