I can't get the ionic to power on after initially charging

I hit all the buttons and it will still not turn on

Try restarting your ionic by pressing the left and bottom right buttons for 20 seconds.

 

Optionally, you can check for the instructions to factory reset it (I know someone has posted them here).

The ionic can be factory reset from within' the settings menu - about - when powered on.
