I can’t see ionic on my dashboard

I have a connected charge 2 and a connected ionic.  I can see the ionic on the dashboard. I see the charge 2 on my dashboard.  I would rather see the iconic on my dashboard. Don’t want to disconnect my charge 2.

I see my charge 2/on the dashboard but not my ionic.

@rileybonita Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the experience you are having with Ionic not showing on the dashboard. 

 

Which Fitbit device did you set up first? Is Ionic syncing properly to your account? On your dashboard you should see a combination of both device's data. Please check this helpful article for more details on having multiple devices paired to your account.

 

Also, if you tap the account icon on the Fitbit app you should see both Fitbit devices there. You can access their app settings from there too. Personally, I'd like to only have one Fitbit device on my account.

This morning, I ran into the same issue.  Also noticed, when I tried to add the ionic  BACK on my  laptop, I see the message that it can only be added to the mobile app. Which I can't apparently because Iphone 10 is not compatible.with the Ionic (but it worked for me from Dec 2017 until today). Totally Frustrated!!!
