I cannot download the Fitbit software to any of my Mac laptops!!??

is anyone else having this issue? i was on with their tech support for hours and they cannot figure it out either.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Are you getting any error messages when you try to download Fitbit Connect to your Mac? 

Also, are you downloading Fitbit Connect from this site? 

What kind of Mac laptop do you have?
