I found it. After restarting the phone I could search for new bluetooth units, and with the bluetooth settings on pair on my ionic, the phone found it.

If it syncs, what do you mean you can’t find it?

Do you mean you are trying to control your phone’s music or do you mean you want to play the Ionic’s music on your phone?

Are you currently playing a song and want to skip a track or are you wanting to start playing music but no music is currently on?

Avtalt I listens to podcasts from my phone, and I want to control the volume and thing like that from my watch.

A song has to be currently playing for you to control the volume/track

If I connect my phone and watch with Ionic classic, I can use my watch to control volume, and start and stop playing the music or podcast that is stores on the phone.
But when I can't find 'Ionic classic', I can not do anything.
Still the Ionic is connected and the sync is working fine with other things.

Try a restart by holding the left and bottom right buttons together until you see the Fitbit logo.
