I cannot set up my Ionic

I have been trying to set up my ionic but when I hit set up you Fitbit Ionic it just brings me back to the set up device page.

I removed my Charge 2 thinking that was an issue bit its just not working. I restarted my phone and even logged out of the app and logged back in but still nothing.

I added my charge 2 and it was added without an issue.

I just don't know what else to do.

Which phone do you have? (iOS, Android, Windows?)

 

Are you able to setup the ionic on a different device? (computer)? Cat Embarassed

Hi @KD731 - You say that you restarted your phone, but I'd also suggest restarting your Ionic. If after that you are still having difficulty, after having also reviewed the steps in the help article posted by @SunsetRunner above, I'd suggest reaching out to customer support for assistance.
