I did a factory reset and now my ionic stopped working. I can't get it to do or show anything

I did a factory reset on my Fitbit ionic and now it doesn't work. It won't respond at all, the screen is just black. It is charging, in pressed all the buttons, I have pressed the back button and the bottom button and still nothing

Will need to get in contact with support and look at getting a replacement. This problem is somewhat  common
