I'm still waiting for the refund on my Ionic recall since February. I already asked it 3 times by PayPal, but nothing happen. 

By when Fitbit is going to pay it back?

 I'd suggest contacting our team for more information about your Ionic refund, visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.
