I done a reset and now my Fitbit ionic won’t turn on

Hi my Fitbit ionic is about 3 years old, has been working fine mostly, lately it was syncing properly to my app, I unpaired it etc, I turned it on and off then it stayed on the Fitbit start screen with all the dots.

it kept looping that, came on here and read about a full reset, done that with the 3 buttons let the bottom one go etc, now it’s a totally black screen, nothing happening at all? 
tried charging no diff at all, the next day still nothing? 
many advice at all please!

When my Ionic dies i wont be going back to Fitbit… over the past few years on these forums seeing how they handle customer service vs. the competition.

 

I have firmware 71.6.19 and I stopped updating and always ignore the update reminder in the app.  

 

Every function works on my Ionic that I activated in Nov-2018 and still achieve about the rate 7 days battery life.  Never had to replace for any reason.

 

I consider the 71.6.19 to be the final firmware for my own Ionic device regardless of whatever “updates” they peddle in the app…. the new lineup brings nothing to the table for me and in some ‘sense’ are downgrades to me… some have no gps…some have no onboard music storage unless subscribed to a music service offering that Firbit partners with… etc… i dont need always on display nor alexa on my device.
