NOTHING! No matter what I do. A blank screen. Help. I don't want to have replace my Ionic..it is 2 years old but I have been happy with it until now.

Yep same here and their "solution" is offering 25% or 50% off a new device. It's a complete joke. It's pretty evident that something happened on their end that's causing all these devices to be defective. This isn't a coincidence!

Yep! I already have while I wait for a resolution. It's a shame; I've had various Fitbits and remained loyal despite defects with them all.
