I got my fitbit ionic adidas device replaced, but i cant get the old data sync.

Hi all,

im using fitbit ionic adidas since 2 May 2018. just 2 weeks ago i send it back to local repair for warranty for screen replacement and when arrived today i got a new device totally. the problems start here is

my last sync data was on 03.04.2019 @ 11.07AM i had try out within fitbit connect app windows and it got hang and the app freeze. while using fitbit app on android just 'Looking..' and wont sync. 

Anyone face the same problem with me? or any solution from fitbit tech.

I am sorry but there is no repair services. If you couldn't get it to sync before sending it back then I'm afraid that info is lost. Sorry

i thing you got misleading situation right now. thanks reply anyway Wendy. sorry for my bad english. the thing here, i sent repair for replacement led and got back new fitbit ionic adidas devices. but there were no problem with sync .

just my situation right now, i had all the data in that account within with last sync server on 03.04.2019 @ 11.07AM. how can i get the data into the new fitbit ionic adidas i just received it. thanks.

my info and data still got on the fitbit server.
