Hi,
I read today that the last Ionic FW update would have been released for 100% of users (see this post ==>
https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/Ionic-Firmware-Release-31-1-16/m-p/2334587#M17917
Unfortunately, I'm still not able to see the update in my app. I already tried all basic tricks like restart phone / Ionic, but the update is still not available...
Is there any known issues?
I'm using the last version of the iPhone app and have also the almost-last version of Ionic firmware.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Julien

Hey there @Gub156, it's nice to see you around the forums! Hmmm... maybe your Ionic was updated automatically? That could be a reason why it's not getting you the option to do a firmware update for your tracker.
From the Fitbit app, tap or click the Account icon > your device image. You'll see the firmware version number under your device's name (see an example below).
On the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon and select your device to find the firmware version and on Fitbit Ionic, find the firmware version in the Settings app > About. The version should be on 27.31.1.16.
If you're not sure about the version, send me a picture like mine and I'll tell you if your Ionic is already in the latest version.
I'll be around, keep me in the loop!

@MarreFitbit cited the old version. If your Ionic updated without your knowledge, the new version of firmware is 27.31.1.16.

Hi all!
Thank you for your answers. Nop, the version showed on my Fitbit is not the last one. But I managed now to see the update.... after a factory reset of the Ionic... And now, I can't update it...
But I forgot to say something... A couple weeks ago, I installed the developer FW on my Ionic. A few days after that, another FW update was available. After that, I didn't had any developer features on my Fitbit.
Now, when I do a factory reset, the Ionic shows an error message which says that the data haven't been cleared and that a sync is needed. Then I try to sync it and the iOS says that I have to do first the FW update... Let's go for it... Either with BLE or Wifi, the update fails. It looks good until the end of it. Then the Fitbit say that the update couldn't be achieved. From this point, I can't connect it anymore... until I do a factory reset.... and start again....
I already contacted the support from Fitbit, because I can't use it anymore...
Thank you for your help!
Regards,
Julien
