I have waited over 6 weeks for Ionic Refund

My friend and I submitted a few Ionic watches in September but it’s been over six weeks and we haven’t received any updates or a refund. Could you please support us and update the refund status?

I’ve already submitted my claim but there’s been no update and it’s been over six weeks. My PayPal still hasn’t received the refund. Could you help to assist?
