I have paid good money for a product that is not only substandard but the helpdesk is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard. My Fitbit Ionic has never worked properly and now has stopped working after 9 months.....I have followed all troubleshooting steps, everyone I have spoke to has promised to call me back but never does. I have wasted 6 hours of my day trying to sort this out. I would like to invoice fitbit for my time in trying to sort this turd out that i wear on my wrist
