I can no longer sync my watch to my phone.
I got my ionic out of the box on Sunday. Charged it, updated the firmware, then synced it to my phone, customized everything and even got a couple of WhatsApp notifications on it before going out.
After that my Ionic was never able to sync with the phone again.
I already followed the prescribed fixes. Turnin on and off Bluetooth, restarting my watch, turning it off and on again, deleting and downloading the app again, restarting my phone. I even unpaired the Ionic from the app and that's when things got worse because it took attempts before my phone could FIND the Ionic.
Finally, it found it again but after the initial pairing, the Ionic simply cannot sync with my phone. And now not even the main screen of the Ionic works, because it reads "Clock Error" and requests syncing with the app to solve the issue...
What can I do!?
PLEASE HELP ME??
Anyone...please!

You haven't given us your specs.
Try this first (see A).

Same problems. I just uninstalled the app, removed the Ionic from my account, removed the Ionic from my Bluetooth list on my phone, etc.
Reinstalled everything and went through the setup process again, and it synced. annoying as hell.

HUAWEI P9 Lite 2017
Latest EMUI version 5.0
Latest Android Version 7.0
Hope you can get some help but I don’t hold out much hope short term, as I believe that currently the P9 is unsupported.

Thanks for the support.
I would love to try the option of turning the "All-day sync" and the
"Always connected" options off... The problem is my Ionic is now unpaired
with the app, and when I try to pair them up again the app says "Found it!"
but then the connection never happens.
I had no trouble pairing up the devices the first time I did it, so I
really don't know what could the problem be...
If the Ionic is listed in the Fitbit app, working or not you can turn these features off.
Can you unpair/delete all your Bluetooth devices in Android and then force a manual sync in the Fitbit app?

My Ionic no longer appears listed in the app, that's why I can no longer turn off those features.
I will try to unpair the rest of the devices but right now the phone keeps saying the initial connection failed
PS: Sorry about the specs, but I have no idea how to edit my signature...
