I lost 98% of my Active Minutes after update

Yesterday I finished a very active day with updating my ionic. Before the update I had logged 112 active minutes for the day and after the update my Zone Mins were logged as 3. What happened to all my active minutes? This is the opposite of motivating

Hello @JiddlyJacey and welcome to the Help forums.  Many users, including me, had the same experience.  This seems to be a really weird glitch that happened when the zone minute algorithm wiped out previous active minutes.  I didn't see any explanation from Fitbit and I know it was reported.  It seems to have affected only one day.  For me, things have been normal ever since.

 

Please get back if this continues to be a problem.

Thanks so much for your reply.

The fitbit app on my phone gives me the new updated zone minutes which really are not as impressive as my active minutes use to be. I just returned from a walk where I was going as hard as I could for an hour and only earned 11 zone minutes.So Yes the app is working now but I seriously don't think it's working better than before the update. Thankfully the app on my computer wasn't updated so I can still see my, very motivating, active minutes
