I tried to purchase a clock face cant pay error but continues to work as paying on watch and no stat

Tried to purchase a clock face on the app. Never opted for payment screen now I get error on phone and a swirl for starting purchase on watch and no stats on watch please help just out of the box.

reinstall one of the stock watch faces and then if you wish to purchase one then pay for it and it will work correctly.
