I uninstalled the pandora app as it wasn't recognizing that I had a pandora account so figured that may work. To my dismay, I cannot find the app nor can I reinstall it... Help? I do not see it in my list of apps or in the All apps list.

Hi @Davidelectric,
We've seen this before a couple of times.
Doing a restart on the tracker should get it going. You can restart it by holding the bottom and left buttons at the same time, until you see the Fitbit logo. Then perform a sync and see if it shows back up. Hope this helps.

I did the same thing. I'm connected to an iPhone 6 plus (iOS 11.0.2). I was having trouble getting Pandora setup. I tried uninstalling so that I could reinstall. Once I uninstalled, it disappeared from "All Apps". I tried the same thing on the Relax app, but it does not disappear from "All Apps".
I tried to restart the tracker and I also tried to uninstall/reinstall the fitbit app on the iPhone. Neither worked. I cannot get Pandora to return to the list of "All Apps" so that I can reinstall it.

Same thing. I reinstalled it because it wasn't syncing my stations. I thought I would be able to reinstall it from the all apps tab. But it's gone from a'll lists and my watch. Hope this gets resolved.

Hi. I just fixed this! Here's what I did I hope it works for you too.
Go to fitbit.com through a web browser on your phone or computer but not the fitbit phone app.
Go to dashboard
Go to your profile (I clicked the picture icon first of top buttons on top right side)
Then I clicked a blue link that says go to account settings. It was on top right side.
Thwn scroll down and select United States as country and fill in address and state etc. Scroll to bottom and click submit
Open the fitbit phone app and sync it.
After the sync the missing apps will reappear in the all apps tab in the phone app.
Click on Pandora and install.
After all this the only station that downloaded from Pandora was the thumbs up list radio. So it's still quirky because my 3 most stations or three selected 3 are not downloading. But at least it is something.
I really do hope they expand the app store soon and that the apps actually work.

Nice job, Heidi!
This happened to me with Starbucks and Pandora. I don't use either and had uninstalled, MANY times!!! At first they would uninstall but kept re-installing themselves! Then I tried again randomly and they stayed uninstalled, but I couldn't see them in the list for All Apps.
I let it go for a while, since I don't use them right now, but it was in my head that I may want Starbucks someday. I just tried your solution, and they are now back in my All Apps list.

Thank you, and I'm,happy to hear this helped and resolved the issue.
And I totally get it; whether or not we use a feature should be our choice not one decided for us due to lack of functioning! Especially for all the money we spend on it.
