I want to make a warranty claim.

Does not turn on at all. Last report was at 8:00 last night with 50% battery. Does not charge or turn on at all. I have tried cleaning and checking the charging port and cables. I have tried to force a factory reset. The watch is broken and I am with the warranty period. I want a replacement.

The first step in a warranty claim is to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com
