Was invited to be a beta testing for my ionic, now it’s completely dead. Did all the trouble shooting. Never get to speak to a real person that has anything to do with the test. Just emails that you can’t respond to. Wish I never said yes to this. All I want is my watch. Now it’s a waiting game. Any suggestions?

This just happened to me too. This is completely unacceptable of fitbit, and I sincerely hope that they make this right. Support just tells me the battery is dead, I'm out of warranty, and therefore out of luck. So there's no help there.
It does sound like the battery issues are far more widespread though, so unfortunately I think it's likely absolutely nothing will be done about it, it's a more fundamental problem with fitbit itself.
