IONIC - Dropping WIFI or Bluetooth - Need to reset almost hourly

Since Sunday Aug 25, I have had to reset (hold left button and bottom right button)  my Ionic almost hourly because the watch drops WIFI or Bluetooth. I know when it drops because my temperature is in Celsius rather than Fahrenheit and the watch won't sync and the APP on my Samsung Galaxy S9 cannot find the device. My Bluetooth is on, the watch is paired. When the watch is reset, and the displays are correct, my WIFI is set up correctly. When the WIFI or Bluetooth has dropped (from the watch) the WIFI networks cannot be found, and the app display just spins.

Having to reset my Ionic almost hourly is not a great option!

Please advise.

SO...we did a factory reset on the Ionic. That was a disaster! It took my husband 4 hours to get it working again! And part of that was deleting the app on my samsung galaxy s9 and reinstalling it. And it still drops the Bluetooth/Wifi, but not as much! I don't know what happened on Sunday Aug 25th but Fitbit has screwed a lot of people. And that's not right. I am now looking at a Samsung smartwatch. Thank you Fitibit!
