I got IONIC 2 weeks back. All was working fine till it auto upgraded to new firmware 33.1.30.
Its not (Vibrate) responding for my Alarm, 1 hour Steps notification.
I went through forum seems few got similar issue and got the product replaced.
I tried restarting the watch by holding the left and bottom right key for 10 seconds, didnt work out.
Tried resetting to factory settings, by Settings -> About -> Factory Reset. This didnt work out too.
Kindly advice for the fix

Goodbye Fitbit, I would like to say I had a good time with the ionic, but that would be an outright lie. Since you have no desire to fix simple things to please the costumer I am taking my business elsewhere. (Samsung seems like a good place) . Thanks for making me late countless times, and the missed test messages due to your terrible vibration settings, or lack of. You truly are a bad company. Waste of my time and money. I will tell anyone who wants a good watch, or any watch for that matter, never to get a Fitbit...
