Having an issue and have been using my fitbit as normal. I was swimming all day at a cookout and the following day my ionic crapped out. It started showing lines and looking blurry, then eventually it went all white and by the morning time it was completely blank. This is the 2nd Fitbit I get so I'm sure if I wanted it "warrantied" out id have to pay 50% for one.
I fixed it before by turning it off and sitting in a cup of rice for over a week. It helped. I was finally able to reuse it this week and was very excited but it seems to be starting to do what it did right before it wigs out on me and goes blank.
I have pictures of it now, as it's starting to go off again but not sure how to submit them here.

I was just about to suggest submerging the device in rice, but you already did that, so nice work on that front!
Seeing as moderators often aren't as active on here as some may tend to believe, your best bet is to just email Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and attach the pictures in a regular email. I would also ask for a battery test to see if there might be other issues with it besides water possibly getting into the battery.
