IONIC not working (yet another thread)

Half way through my run this morning the screen went blank and have not been able to restart.  I notice that the lights on the back still shine.  Checking my account I notice that my data from tnis morning has been updated.

 

I tried restarting but this did not bring my screen back.  Any suggestions?

Have you been able to charge it successfully?  That will probably be support's first suggestion.
