IONIC said I had 1,325,139 steps!

My IONIC is listing incorrect steps without moving. 1,325,139 total steps were listed yesterday and right after midnight I have 18,388 listed. I've already did the shutdown and it still lists those numbers.Now of course I've badges I can't delete cause of these numbers.

Is your tracker so counting steps? I assume that you have already done a two button soft resrtart and shutdown to perform a hard restart.

These restarted simply restart the tracker, hopefully they will stop the tracker from adding steps but will not change the step count. Especially for yesterday's.

 

To remove the steps you will need to mark the times the steps where recorded as driving.

Then sync the Ionic.

As for the badges you will need to contact Fitbit
