IONIC stuck on "Unlock with your phone"

My IONIC when I try to access the other screen keeps saying me "Unlock with your phone" it just started doing that last night how do I Unlock so it

If you have entered your password more than 10 times incorrectly, it will lock the Ionic for security reasons. Go to the Fitbit app and change your Ionic Pin to something else and it will be unlocked.
