I've tried everything just got this for Christmas sometimes it connects on to my phone with Bluetooth sometimes it doesn't I reset my bluetooth reset my phone reset the Fitbit and this problems gametes to be an update this watch cost almost $300

What phone are you using? It might be a compatability issue. Is it on the Supported Devices List?

What phone are you using? It might be a compatability issue. Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Unfortunately I have the same problem too- constantly losing Bluetooth connectivity. I am using the Samsung S7. Hope this is fixed soon.
