Hi,
Could anyone help me please, I bought my Fitbit Ionic yesterday, all was fine until suddenly earlier today a pink icon came on the Fitbit stating Unlock with your phone ! can anyone advise please on what I need to do. I am presently waiting for Customer Services to ring me back.

Well, I can actually say, I have never seen what you're seeing. However, try this: Resetting your Ionic: (Press and HOLD the left and bottom right buttons together, until the fitbit icon appears, then release). The reset has always worked for me when things get hookie and hopefully will for you as well!!
