Iconic-Track Exercise (days and workout) not updating

 My track exercise tile on my Iconic quit tracking my workouts since last Saturday.

Is this a bug or when will it be fixed.  I tried logging out of the app and then restarting my phone, but nothing works to fix this bug.  Is no one else having this issue? Also the exercise tracker does NOT show on the website as well.  Is anyone else suffering this issue? Help!

Welcome aboard @Momsy3, nice to see you here. Thanks for the steps that you've done to help your Ionic to track again your workouts.

 

Why don't you try to restart your Ionic and make sure that it has synced with your phone? You can check the steps here. Are you able your daily information on the Fitbit Ionic?

I am having the same issue.  It hasn't logged anything since last Friday, although this past Monday as a good example it should have been logged.  Last week on the Monday it took 36 hours to log my Monday activity.  So I also have not had anything log since February 8th, 2019.   I've logged off and on.. reset the watch..  I have no idea what to do at this point..  It's not vital but it is a feature I use.

Welcome aboard @Carolyn-b, thanks for adding all those details! Please try the following: 

 

  1. Restart your tracker a couple of times and make sure that it is fully charged
  2. Reboot your phone and check that you phone and Fitbit App is up to date 
  3. Open Bluetooth Settings on your phone and delete your Ionic from there (forget device)
  4. Open Fitbit App > Account > Ionic > Remove device (tap on the trash can in the upper right corner)
  5. Reboot your Bluetooth and double check that it is not connecting from there
  6. Force quite the App. Open it again Account > Set up a device and try it again

so far not working for me.  I'm going to have my husband give it a go as a 2nd set of eyes in case I've done something wrong.   You never know.

UPDATE - .. It appears that it is working again.. It just won't log the stuff from earlier in the week but it did recognize my snow shoveling and sidewalk ice clearing as an activity...  so looks like it worked.  Thanks.
