Hi,
My Iconic has started to show only small part of the display. Sometimes its coverd by the lines.
It starts to work after one to three hours. Lately this is hapening several times in week.
What have I done.
1. Donwload clock face again
2. Run the battery completely empty and then recharge
3. Shutdown
4. Factory reset
Version 27.33.1.30
MAC Address 18:00:DB:25:3F:F1

Hi @Jay60, good to see you around.
To me that looks like a hardware failure and seeing as you mention you have performed a factory reset, I think that pretty much confirms its not software related.
I would certainly recommend contacting customer support in this case to see what warranty options may be available to you.
