Iconic heart rate monitor apps

Hi , just purchased Ionic , i really want to view my heart rate in a graph type mode and look at my heart rate over the entire day , is there an App that does that , apologies if asked before I did try and search.

For some odd reason the forum would not let post text with the photo?

Anyway that is from the Phone App, the Computer App is about the same. Click on the Heart icon, and select the day you want to view.

Thanks Coopkill , I think the problem was that I did not yet have any history as the phone was new , so there was no data to show , now i just did what you said and can see the chart perfectly , thank you so much for your time and help .
