Iconic is giving wrong information

Hi all, so my iconic is really messing up, and I have re-set it a couple of times and It doesn't change the problem. So it stated yesterday morning that I had done nearly 10,000 steps, during my sleep, and I only had 1 hour 54 mins sleep! This morning it is stating that I have done 3,000 steps again in my sleep! no vibtrations, all of a sudden it's playing up! not happy due to cost of the device, apart from re-setting which doesn't solve the problem, any suggestions please?

If younhave tried several restarts and that hasnt fixed it, the next step is a factory reset. Go to the Settings app on the watch and scroll down to About. You will have to set up the watch again afterwards, but it is worth a shot. Let us know how you go. If it doesnt fix it Id suggest you contact Support (link in my signature )

Thanks Nelly, is this the same as when you do the reset with the left and right button? I have done this on a couple of occasions and had to re-do the syncing again to my account? Just checking it is the same thing? Thanks
