Iconic not alerting to text messages

This has been an on going issue that I have called in about but yet to get a resolution. My Iconic has stopped alerting me to incoming text messages. I can see the message but I do not get the vibration that I once did when a text comes through. Everything on my tracker is set to what it should be.

Anyone else having this issue and if so have you been able to correct it?

Samsung S8. Have always had a Samsung and never had any issues.
