Hi,
This is my 4th fitbit, and I am so frustrated! I have an iconic, and it has just stopped counting my steps and heart rate, I have spoken to fitbit, who were ridiculously unhelpful, and I have gone through all the steps that they have told me to, restart numerous times, change the clock face, factory reset etc, and nope, still not working. I'm frustrated as I have the fitbit scales aswell.
All of my fitbits have stopped working properly, although Fitbit have replaced 2 of them when they have stopped working, they will now only offer me a 25% discount and when you've spent so much money on their products already it's a smack in the face! So my advice to anyone would be not to bother, having to buy a Fitbit every 6 months is expensive!

Same exact problem. Jan. 1, my FitBit turned into a pricy digital watch. No steps; no heartbeat.
Likely a glitch with the date turn-over? Why? WTH is special about 2021 that flipping the year over made a difference?
Fix this.
