Hello all! I am in need of some help.
My iconic is only about a year old. The last few months it WILL NOT sync. I have read all the forms and tried all the trouble shooting and nothing. I have tried every variation of restarting the watch, restarting my phone, turning on/off the bluetooth, deleting and reinstalling the app, deleting my device and re syncing.
I have a pixel 3 that has the latest update. I will get a sync code on the watch but after putting it into the app it just gets stuck on the syncing screen. It tells me to "be patient" for a few minutes then offers me troubleshooting tips on a "not working" Screen.
I've also fully charged the watch and phone, tried syncing while they are both connected to chargers, and made sure the charging port on the watch is clean.
I absolutely love my iconic when it's working but I'm at a point where I want to throw it out the window. Help!

Hi @Ooshly22, have you tried clearing the cache on your phone? That worked for me when I had trouble syncing my Versa recently. Also is your app up to date?
