Iconic not tracking heart rate all the time after update

Since update when exercise iconic stops recording heart rate have to interrupt workout to adjust position strap tightness. It happened about six times during a 30 minute workout. Had my iconic since the year they came out never ever had this problem before

The same happened with mine. It only works with "walking". This happened after the last update.

Hit the picture of your iconic the screen that comes up scroll to heart rate limit there is a setting for custom heart rate max limit, evidently it has a default setting which was too low for me . Haven’t tried it out with a heavy workout so I hope it works.
