Sorry everyone but I have been wearing FB for 5+ years now and my iconic just died 10-days after purchase! I tried restarting, resetting and everything else but it’s dead. Returned and purchased Apple Watch. Mistakes happen but FB has to improve manufacture controls.

Sorry it didn't work out for you, @Scooter3650. Your profile shows that you've been with Fitbit since Jan 2014, almost 4 years. Sorry to see you leave. Since you didn't work with Fitbit Support to get the tracker replaced with a good one, does that indicate that you would really rather have the Apple watch?
