Iconic will not sync no matter what i do with an HTC 10

No matter what i try i can not get my iconic to sync with my HTC 10 nor update the software.  This is a common problem any ideas?

I imagine it's because the HTC 10 is not on the Fitbit list of Approved Devices.

 guess that makes sense why it only works every so often.  Sad though but my fault for buying a product that wont work with my phone.  Thanks for the info
