My Iconic is not tracking any steps, heartrate, or calories. I tried a restart but it is still not working.

Is it that the data is not showing on the ionic or not showing in the app?

 

If they are not showing on the ionic, have you been through the setup process ok? Has it been working ok before and just stopped, or has it never worked.
