My iconic stopped sync on Tuesday . I have tried everything including deleting the watch from my account and re adding it. And now it won't even install ,it finds it but then won't go any further any suggestions please.

I'm not sure what ws included wiyhb everything that was tried @NKM65, you didn't say. There is also no mention of what device is used for syncing the tracker.
However the reason you are unable to setup the tracker as a new device is because the non sync issue has not been fixed.
I'm going to assume that you use some type of phone?
First let's go to the phones Bluetooth settings and remove the ionic
Let's make sure that the app is up to date
Restart the ionic. Http://help:fitbit.com/?q=restart
Let's log out of the Fitbit app, this should clear the apps cache
Restart the phone
Now try and set it up.
