Not sure if this is where I post this but my fitbit iconic issues are about to kill me. No matter what clock face I put on even a fitbit stock face I have to press the button to see the screen. Which today caused me to crash on my bike. If I sit a a position for awhile not moving my wrist it won't come in when I move my wrist I have to take my hands of my brakes to check my times and heart rate. Also when in in the app trying to sync it takes me four or five tries because it keeps saying device not connect or csnt connect to iconic. This is getting annoying seeing the device is maybe two weeks old and purchased new from best buy. Is there a way to exchange it for one that actually works? Also I do not want a refurbished iconic seeing that I didn't buy a refurbished iconic. Thank you for the help

Hi @Jrw8580 - just to be sure, please check that the quick view is turned on. To do this:

 - press a button to bring up the clock face

 - swipe right. You should see the Screen Awake option. Make sure it is on Auto.

Keep in mind that the Screen Awake option only shows the clock. To get to your times and heart rate, you will probably still have to tap or swipe, unless you are using a clock face that shows heart rate.

If this does not help, I would return it to Best Buy. I believe they have a 45 day return policy for defective devices. Get a refund or exchange it for a new device.
