Where do I find the on/off for continuous illumination or display on my Ionic device?

Have searched all settings but have not been successful in getting the device to continuously display or remain illuminated, i.e. have to manually tap or depress main button to see display!

There is no option for continuous display. That would kill the battery. You can turn "quick view" on and off to control whether the screen displays at the turn of the wrist or not.

Thanks for confirmation.

I have not come across a setting for "quik View" and rotating wrist does not cause illumination. Guidance welcome!

Hey try pressing and holding the left button until it vibrates.  Then tap Screen Wake.  See if that does it.  Should switch from Manual to Auto.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic
