Include an option to press key to activate touch when screen turns on automatically

I have set the "Screen Wake" to auto. This means that whenever i move my wrist, the screen automatically wakes up and sometimes, it does log in to apps and switches on operations like running etc.

 

Can we have a setting which will require "back" button to be pressed for the touch screen to get activated? I would need the auto screen wake to see the time, but I want the screen to be responsive only when i press the back button.

Turn your watch setting to manual and it will turn on when you press the left button or double tap the screen.

No I would require the screen to turn on automatically but not response to touches.
